Please ship returns in their original packing whenever possible.
When an item is returned, we normally refund the full purchase price. Shipping charges usually are non-refundable, though there are exceptions.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us. We want to make things right!Shipping Foreign Orders:A base shipping rate is on the website for foreign orders. However, since size and weight affects postal costs overseas so greatly now, when a foreign order is placed we will offer a quote for that individual book along with choice of surface, airmail or global priority. If we can fit it in the Global priority flat rate envelopes, that is how we will ship if you choose priority. Some books cannot fit in a global priority envelope, and therefore the base rate of $9 would be higher, and the book need to be shipped by airmail.
For large, multivolume sets, UPS shipping is available overseas. Please email for a quote.
For expensive multivolume sets, we may request a fax of a photo id with the credit card and your signature, for your protection.Sales TaxPennsylvania residents will have the 6% state sales tax added to their order. PA residents only pay tax on the purchase price of the book, and not on postage.Grading of BooksPlease refer to the About Us link at the bottom of this page for a description of how books are graded and what the grades mean. |
